Workshops

In addition to our longer courses, we also offer single workshops, tailored to specific wellbeing issues.

What workshops are available?

Sleep Well

Are you having problems sleeping? Is worrying keeping you awake? Are you feeling restless or agitated in bed? This 2-hour session looks at why sleep is so important for our mental wellbeing and factors that affect our sleep.  Find out more.

Struggling with Motivation

Are you struggling with motivation? Is low mood or anxiety causing you to put things off? This 1-hour session explores the effects motivation can have on our mental wellbeing and the factors that affect our motivation. Find out more.

Unhelpful Thinking in Low Mood

Do you find yourself having unhelpful thoughts about yourself, the world, or the future? Do your negative thoughts cause you to feel low in mood? This 1-hour session explores unhelpful thinking, the effects this can have on our mood and how we can start to think in a more balanced way. Find out more.

Managing Worry

Do you view yourself as a worrier? Has worrying started to impact your daily life or your mood? This 1-hour session explores when worry starts to become a problem and teaches coping skills to manage worry and reduce its effect on daily life. Find out more.

Managing Stress

Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed? Are you struggling to cope with day-day tasks due to stress? This 1-hour session teaches CBT techniques to help you reduce and manage stress. Find out more.

Managing Panic

Do you experience sudden episodes of intense fear that can trigger physical reactions such as feeling hot, sweaty or dizzy? Do you worry that you will experience a panic attack in certain situations? This 1-hour  session introduces information and techniques to manage panic. Find out more.
