All of our group classes are now running online, and how we monitor your progress is online too. You are required to complete a mood measure questionnaire prior to each session. You will receive a text reminder and link to the questionnaires 48 hours before your session starting. You must complete your online questionnaires at least 2 hours before each session of your group to receive an invite.
Are you having problems sleeping? Is worrying keeping you awake? Are you feeling restless or agitated in bed? Is feeling tired impacting on your day? This session looks at why sleep is so important for our mental wellbeing and factors that affect our sleep. The session will cover
- Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) self-help techniques
- Practical skills to help get a better night sleep
- Understanding what happens when we sleep
- Tools to cope with stress, worry, problem solving, relaxation, and environmental factors impacting our sleep
- How to reset our sleep when needed
