During Covid-19, Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS) is continuing to provide support and psychological therapies for common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression, for adults in Leeds.
We will deliver appointments by phone and online, rather than face-to-face. It is likely that we will need to do this for several months, while social distancing rules apply. We are also offering support specifically around coping strategies in challenging times, sleep difficulties, relaxation, mindfulness, grief and loss.
Online Support: We continue to provide a wide range of online video courses to support mental wellbeing that can be accessed immediately without an assessment. Please click on the link for details of our online video courses https://leeds.omnitherapy.org/
