Selina joined LCH in April 2024, prior to this she was Executive Director of Partnerships for Northeast London Foundation Trust (NEFLT) with responsibility for the development of the transformation, strategic and partnership agenda for the Trust. This service has 2500 staff and a budget of approximately £100million. Prior to this, Selina was Managing Director for Tower Hamlets, Newham and Waltham Forest Integrated Care Partnership and led the transformation programme for the three CCGs to develop a new board structure and operating model. Before this, Selina was Tri-Borough Director of Strategic Commissioning and Enterprise for adult social care and health for London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and City of Westminster (This was a complex strategic arrangement of commissioning across a diverse political landscape. Previous roles include Managing Director for Turning Point, a social enterprise specialising in substance misuse, learning disability and mental health; Acting Assistant Director- Commissioning for City of Westminster; Senior Joint Commissioner Manager- Mental Health for London Borough of Camden. Selina is a Trustee for the charity Humankind.
