We accept referrals from all sources via your GP surgery.

We accept self-referrals from all patients who are registered with a GP surgery in the Leeds area. Your own GP, Practice nurse or Community nurse can refer you in. Please contact your surgery for information and they will have access to make the appointment for you.

Your Practice Nurse or Community nurse may suggest a referral if they feel you will benefit from attending the wound clinic.

You may also be referred to the wound clinics following a stay in hospital.
