Our School Immunisation team offers immunisations to all pupils who attend educational establishments throughout Leeds according to the national schedule.
The primary aim of the team is to promote and deliver immunisations to increase vaccine uptake through various health promotion activities and planned sessions within schools.

This year (2018-19), the Intra-nasal flu immunisations for primary aged children in Reception to Year 5 will be provided in school by Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. If you need to contact their flu team for any flu related query, please contact the team on 01423 542360 or email them at email@example.com.
As of the 1st April 2018 the School Immunisation Team are no longer commissioned to provide the BCG vaccination service(vaccine against TB).

Children over 12 months and up to 15 years
As yet there is no service provision for the over 12 months. A list of names will be collated by the school imms team and be passed on to the new provider once this has been agreed.
Please email name, address and NHS number of any child over 12 months along with the name and contact number of the referrer to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be added to the list. This will inevitably cause a delay in response to the referral.
