We have recently changed our name from Spinefit+ to Leeds Community Pain Service. We have expanded our service offer to become the single provider of community pain management in Leeds.
We help people to manage persistent or chronic pain and provide support and advice to help them improve their quality of life.
Referrals
All referrals must come directly from a health professional. If you think you would like to come and see us, please visit your GP who can make a referral for you. Please note your GP must be in Leeds to access our service.
