0-19 Public Health Integrated Nursing Service

COVID19 service update:

The majority of support is currently being provided by telephone or video call. Home visits and face to face support is being offered where most appropriate. Where possible service users have been contacted to advise of service suspension and are advised to contact the Single Point of Access (SPA) team for support in the interim. Those who may be on waiting lists will be contacted once the service is fully operational.

In response to advice from Public Health England about COVID-19 (Coronavirus), changes have been made to this service. Please check the document below for information about which services we are still able to provide and how we have made changes to other services.

There may be occasions where your planned face to face appointment with your named 0-19 Specialist Public Health Nurse or 0-19 Family Health Worker, is changed to a virtual appointment due to staff self-isolating. If a face-to-face appointment is needed before your next planned contact this can be arranged.
