0 to 19 public health integrated nursing service (0 to 19 PHINS)

The 0 to 19 PHINS is a universal service for all children, young people and families in Leeds from pregnancy up to the age of 19 (or 25 for SEND).

We offer a wide range of support and services for children, young people and families in Leeds.

We provide routine health contacts through the Healthy Child Programme and can also offer additional support for children and families who need it.

We will contact you when your appointment is due so you don’t need to do anything right now.

If you have a question, need support before your appointment or are worried about anything then, please contact us.

• If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. This helps us rearrange this for you and offer the time to another family.
