We are making Seacroft Clinic a better place to be for you

We need to make some major updates to the inside and outside of Seacroft Clinic. So that we can do this, we are moving services (including the Cardiac, Podiatry, Children’s Eye Clinic and Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service) from 24 December 2021 to our nearest clinic building:

• Park Edge Practice, Asket Drive, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 1HX

You can let your healthcare team know if you have any questions about the temporary move and if you would like to transfer your care to a different health centre during this time.
