Jane has worked as a Senior Administrator for the Safeguarding Children team for several years. Wendy admired how she very often goes above and beyond her role, for example, offering support to ESR colleagues with competencies for Safeguarding, which can be difficult to navigate. More recently, Jane has been asked to support work at the Front Door Safeguarding Hub. Jane has not only taken on this additional role for periods of time to cover annual leave, but she has also offered her experience to improve the process. Jane quickly developed skills for managing requests from the Children's Social Care for Strategy discussions, even though it has been a significant demand. Despite this, she remains happy and extremely helpful in her Safeguarding role and is a truly valued member of our team and the organisation.
