Thanks a Bunch 0-19 Admin SPA team!
This week’s Thanks a Bunch went to the 0-19 Admin SPA Team. They were nominated by their manager, Kelly Blakeley, for going above and beyond and achieving amazing results.
The team members were commended for adjusting the way they deliver certain contacts and efficiently adapting to changes to their processes at short notice, pre and post COVID.
The team has worked together and continues to do so diligently, through a difficult time, supporting each other to keep morale high and maintaining a safe and happy working environment.
0-19 Admin SPA team manager Kelly said, “The changes could have been quite overwhelming but the team has smashed it. I am so proud of what they have achieved. It’s been an absolute pleasure, we’ve been tested over recent times, but the people in this team make me want to keep coming to work.”
Thea Stein, Chief Executive surprised the team to thank them for their incredible efforts. She said, “When I talk about my front line colleagues, I am not just talking about our nurses and allied health professionals, I’m talking about all of you too. If you’re not here taking calls the frontline falls apart, so thank you for all you do.”
0-19 Admin SPA team member, Angela Linley said: “A team is only as good as its manager and the management we have is really supportive. It’s so nice to have been nominated, I really enjoy working here.”
