Are you feeling overwhelmed at work?

Is worrying about work or day to day life getting in the way of a good night’s sleep?

Do you feel like you are making mistakes due to stress?

If yes then why not come along to our BeWell Session focusing on the importance of maintaining your wellbeing? This session uses a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) model which is commonly used and well researched. CBT encourages you to build an awareness of your own problem and learn coping strategies to reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.

Attending this workshop will help you to:

  • Understand the role of stress
  • Learn to relax
  • Get a better night’s sleep
  • Manage your worries
  • Problem solve
  • Become aware of stressful thinking

Attending this session will also give you an insight into the IAPT service and the other treatments we can provide.

The session will take place in the city  centre. If you would like to come along please click on the link below to book.

The session will last 3 hours and will include a comfort break in the middle of the session.

The session will be delivered in a class environment (up to 100 people) and some interaction will be encouraged however there is no expectation that you must get involved.

You must be registered with a Leeds GP in order to be able to attend.
