Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Group (MBCT)

The MBCT group is a ten session weekly group for people who experience recurrent depression or those at risk of depression due to long term health conditions.  The group combines the concepts of Cognitive Therapy with meditation practices from Mindfulness.

As well as attending the group, there is an emphasis on participants developing a forty minute daily mindfulness practice in their own time, with the intention of this helping them to stay well into the future.
