These approaches are designed to address depression. The focus is on how you relate with others and how you feel about and treat yourself. In these sessions there will be the opportunity to reflect on your emotions and feelings. This will be done in relation to current and past relationships including the relationship that you develop with your therapist. The aim is to help you to expand your self-awareness through the experiences that are shared within the therapy room and elsewhere. This will enable you to begin to understand and manage yourself in a different way.
