Would you recommend this service to friends and family?

The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive and to improve services.

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust continuously looks to drive improvements in the quality of the care given to its patients. Here is a short animation explaining the test...

To help us achieve this goal, we would like to hear your comments, good or not so good.  The Friends and Family Test was introduced across all services in October 2014 and asks patients and their family whether they would recommend our services to their friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. Patients are able to rate their experience using an 'extremely likely' to 'not at all likely' scale, and provide a written comment explaining what is working well and what is not.

The Friends and Family Test will provide all patients the opportunity to give quick feedback on the quality of the care they receive, giving us a better understanding of the needs of their patients and their families and enabling improvements.

For more information about the Friends and Family Test, please contact the Patient Experience Team (Tel: 0113 220 8585 / email ) or discuss with your healthcare practitioner.
