Interim Director of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals

Sheila joined LCH in 2019 as Deputy Director of Nursing and Quality, and is currently the Interim Director of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals at LCH. Based in West Yorkshire, Sheila has over 32 years as a Registered General Nurse and has worked in community and primary care services for 20 years, an achievement reflected in her Queens Nurse title. Sheila is passionate about doing the best for our people – our patients, our staff, our families, and our carers. Driving quality and improvements with a skilled and diverse workforce to deliver safe and effective care to people, out of hospital, is what enthuses her every day.
