NHS Trusts are required to self-certify against the NHS provider licence and are specifically required to publish the declaration for general condition 6.
The Board considered the evidence to support compliance against this condition at its meeting held on 19 June 2020 and confirmed that it was compliant. More detail on the process and evidence considered by the Board when declaring compliance can be found in the Board papers for the 19 June 2020 meeting.
General Condition 6
