How to get in touch

There are several ways in which you can contact us depending on the information you need. Please take a look through the options below.

Please note in cases of clinical urgency (for example acute suicidal ideation, severe depression and acute eating disorders) DO NOT contact us directly, instead contact the young person's GP or local A&E department who will liaise with us as required.

General Enquiries

If you want to contact us to ask for general information that is not currently available on the website you can email us at: info.leedscamhs@nhs.net.

Important note for anyone who is contacting us by email

Please note that due to issues relating to spam emails we can no longer respond to emails that have been sent from ‘free’ accounts. Some of the email accounts affected include Hotmail, Yahoo and Bigfoot. 

Therefore, you will need to send your request from an email address that is not listed above. Alternatively, you can send your request in writing.

To make a referral

We do not accept self referrals from families. Select here for information about the professional groups we accept referrals from.  Professionals wishing to make a referral (or discuss a possible referral) to our service please contact the appropriatereferral management group and ask for the duty clinician.

Current Cases

To cancel or rearrange an appointment or talk to a particular clinician about an open case contact the appropriate team see team details.

Comments, Compliments and Complaints

We want to hear your experience of our service; we value your comments and suggestions. If you have any comments, compliments or complaints you can either talk to the person working with you directly or their manager see team details.

At the end of our involvement with every family we invite feedback via an experience of service questionnaire.  Your views  are really important to us and we use them to inform changes and developments to our service.
