York Street Homeless Practice

We provide primary care to the homeless and vulnerably housed people of Leeds who may have a range of issues including mental health, alcohol and drug use. We also provide registration for people currently seeking asylum.

 How to find us

York Street Homeless Practice is located at 68 York Street, Leeds LS9 8AA. You can use this location map to help you find us.

Registration

Patients can access all our services during our drop in sessions. Drop in sessions will be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am - 11.30am and Thursday from 10.15 - 11.30am. 

You can come to York Street Health Practice and register with a GP from Monday – Friday 9-11am or you can ring us on 0113 295 4840 on the day and make an appointment to register.

Appointments and Repeat Prescriptions

Once you have registered we can issue a username and password so that you can book appointments online and order repeat prescriptions.

We are working hard to draw together health and social care support, counselling, physiotherapy, benefits, housing and legal advice to offer people a tailored, co-ordinated approach.
